To enable the Council to keep proper records and to regulate the employer/employee relationship, it is necessary for all participating employers to duly register themselves and their employees with the Bargaining Council. Each employer/employee who registers with the Council is allocated an exclusive employer code or employee registration number by which they are then identified in the Council’s database.
Southern- and Eastern Cape Area
A registration fee of R500.00 (five hundred rand) per employer is payable in advance. The registration fee can be deposited direct into the Council’s bank account, and a copy of the deposit slip can be faxed to 086 517 4801.
